Answer

Two major restrictions about eating meat were not to eat the blood or fat. God gave instructions on how to drain the blood and cut out the fat from an animal before eating it. Today, most of the meat is not processed the way the Bible tells us it should be. However, there are a few meat processors called “Kosher” that process meat the way the Bible says to.
